Colton Schied

Colton is thrilled to be back on stage for the first time since the pandemic! Hailing from rural Nebraska, Colton holds a BFA in acting from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Some of Colton’s favorite roles include: Sammy (The Wedding Singer), Lysander (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Adam (The Shape of Things), and directing Sexual Perversity in Chicago. Regional: Beauty and the Beast, Our Town (Theatre West). Chicago: Idiot Actor Syndrome (Chicago Theatre Workshop), Liberators: The Musical (Chicago Musical Theatre Festival), The Glass Menagerie, Gypsy, The Little Mermaid, Dracula (JPAC), Beau Jest (Madkap), Rent (AGB), Director/Producer for “AGB Sings!” and “AGB Laughs!”. Colton is dedicating this performance to Ms. Wolken who instilled a love of the performing arts in him at an early age and passed away during the height of the pandemic.Thanks to Jim and Michael and all of you reading this who are supporting JPAC and live theatre today!
